Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Payment must be made in full prior to the service to confirm your booking.
- In the event of any changes on our side, a full refund will be issued immediately.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least four hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than four hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.
