1. Payment must be made in full prior to the service to confirm your booking.
2. In the event of any changes on our side, a full refund will be issued immediately.
3. If you need to cancel your appointment, refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least four hours in advance.
4. Cancellations made less than four hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.
